ProPass NI (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Property Passport Northern Ireland platform. We are committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and data sovereignty of our users, including homeowners, landlords, estate agents, solicitors, and property developers across Northern Ireland.
We collect information to deliver continuous property records and safety verification services:
Uploaded documents are private by default. They are stored in encrypted cloud object storage and accessed solely through time-limited authenticated signed URLs. We do not generate permanent public URLs for sensitive property files.
We never sell your property or personal data to marketing brokers. Documents are shared only when you explicitly invite or authorize an external party (such as a conveyancing solicitor, prospective buyer, or repair contractor).
You may cancel your subscription or request account and personal data deletion at any time under UK GDPR Article 17, subject to statutory preservation requirements for ongoing conveyancing and permanent property lifecycle ledgers.
