By accessing or using the ProPass NI website, web applications, or digital Property Passport tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a business, agency, or organisation, you warrant that you have authority to bind that entity.
ProPass NI provides a centralized, cloud-based property record repository, statutory reminder service, fault tracking, and digital passport transfer functionality for properties in Northern Ireland.
Property Passport NI does not provide legal advice, statutory building compliance certification, surveyor warranties, structural engineering sign-off, or title guarantees. Storing certificates, maintenance logs, or warranties within ProPass does NOT mean a property is compliant with Northern Ireland housing regulations solely because files exist on the platform. Landlords, owners, developers, and letting agents remain exclusively liable for holding genuine, valid certificates issued by accredited practitioners.
When an authenticated session is initiated (via email OTP or verified Google identity), an account profile is established to anchor your Property Passports. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
Paid subscription plans (£4.99/mo Homeowner, £12.99/mo Landlord, £35/mo Portfolio, or bespoke agreed contract) are billed in GBP via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
